1、鋼板焊接機(jī)身剛性好，精度穩(wěn)定。

4、滑塊六面導(dǎo)軌，附氣壓式平衡裝置，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，精度準(zhǔn)確。




Slide blocks with hex-sided guide rail and air pressured balance system, the
movements are stable and the precisions are pinpointed.




5、采用液壓**負(fù)荷保護(hù)裝置，可有效保護(hù)壓力機(jī)和模具。




Adoption of the hydraulic over loading protection system, effectively protect
the pressure machine and the mold.




6、采用PLC控制配自動送料裝置后能形成單機(jī)自動化或多機(jī)自動化沖壓生產(chǎn)線。




Adoption of PLC controlling system, when equipped with automatic feeding
devices, an automatic pressing production line of mono-machine or multi-machines
can be engendered.




7、本機(jī)型除定速外，有二種無級變速行程選擇，更適合沖壓件工藝要求和提高生產(chǎn)效率。




Two different stepless gearings and strokes are optional besides the machine
set speed, appropriately fitting the craftsmanship of the pressing part and
elevating production efficiency.

4、模高指示器（45T以下機(jī)械指示，60T以上數(shù)顯）。	Mould height in dicator. (mechanical designation below 45T, digital display above 60T)
5、滑塊及模具平衡裝置。	Balance unit for slide block and mould.
6、旋轉(zhuǎn)凸輪控制器。	Rotation cam controller.
7、曲軸角度指示器。	Crooked shaft angle in dicator.
8、工作計數(shù)器	Working counter
9、空氣吹料裝置。	Air power material blowing device.
